You can easily change the input language or keyboard layout using the Language bar. Also, you can move the Language bar anywhere on your screen, minimize it to the taskbar, or hide it. Perform the following steps to add the Language bar to the taskbar:
1. Click the Start button

and then click
Control Panel.
2. If the
View by: is
Category then click on
Clock, Language, and Region and then click
Region and Language. If the
View by: is
Large icons or
Small icons then click on
Region and Language.
3. In the
Region and Language dialog box, click
Keyboards and Languages tab.
4. Click
Change keyboards...
5. From the
Text Services and Input Languages dialog box, click the
Language Bar tab. In the
Language Bar section, click
Docked in the taskbar.
6. Click
OK to close the
Text Services and Input Languages dialog box.
7. Click
OK to close the
Region and Language dialog box.
