Show menu bar when opening folders in Windows 7

Windows 7 displays folders in windows. The same applies when opening libraries, Computer, Windows Explorer. If you had used Windows XP or a previous version of Windows, you may see the menu bar by default. In Windows 7, by default the menu bar is hidden. You may make the menu bar appear permanently by performing the following steps:
1. Click the Start button and then click Control Panel.
2. If the View by: is Category then click on Appearance and Personalization and then click Folder Options. If the View by: is Large icons or Small icons then click on Folder Options.
3. In the Folder Options dialog box, click the View tab and click to place a checkmark beside Always Show Menus.
4. Click Apply and then click OK.
